Hi I am post menopausal 56 years old just be diagnosed with external haemorrhoids. I’m veru uncomfortable. Is it normal to be uncomfortable and achy in vagina and perineum area. I get heaviness in pelvic area also. Go could see no sign of prolapse. Could this all be connected?
