Can Hemorrhoids Cause Vaginal Discomfort?

Have hemorrhoids and have had them for years. Recently the have progressed to being painful. When this happens it feels like the pain is in my vagina also. I feel the pain where my episiotomy was from childbirth 30 years ago. Am I imagining this or can hemorrhoids cause pain in vagina also.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is pure hemorrhoids then this need to be managed surgically this may cause the pain in surrounding areas, pain may be due to this or may not be, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
