Can Dizziness And Nausea Be Related To Concussion Following A Head Bump?

My team mate and i ran against each other trying to save the ball and our heads bounced off the floor. I been dizzy with a lot of nausea and head aches. The sun kills me it makes me feel weak and gives me the head aches Also i got dihharea can it be a concussion?

It is commonly seen after direct trauma to the head as in your case.
It is advisable that you get an mri of the brain in consultation with a neurologist as early as possible.
