Can Dizziness And Pain In Thoracic Spine Be Related To Heart?

Hi,
I have been getting dizziness and my thoracic spine feels very achy, sometimes painful, My arms are also painful and achy. I have had four EKGs in the last three months all clear, chest x-rays and blood labs from the ER that were all clear as well. My blood pressure is around normal and I do get times where my heart races. Could this still be my heart or something else?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern as you said you have a dizzy spell and pain problem and you have done all the tests that all are unremarkable, this proves that, no pathology is there the symptoms would be functional in origin that mostly related with the stress level, and this need to be kept lower, no need to worry about this it will be fine soon, take care and have nice day.
