Can Douching Help In Clearing Completely White Clumps In Vagina?

I had bacteria vaginosis, I used the metrogel, now I have yeast currently using miconazole, I have thick white clumps in my vagina that are mixed in with the yeast treatment. I used a three day treatment. How long will the clumps persist? After the three days can I douche and theyll be gone?
