hi...of course alcohol is harmful during pregnancy.
it will cause mild to severe problems to baby.
like low birth weight , premature birth , cardiac defect , fetal alcohol disorders like developmental delay...
in many cases death of baby occur before pregnancy.
so plzz avoid it strictly...
