My husband is a 33 year old male. His hands shake really bad. They stop every now and then but its pretty persistent. . He has had a past in drug abuse but it was years ago. He drinks a few beers every night but it never gets out of hand. He has a very hard time sleeping at night and he is very stressed due to work issues. He has no insurance currently and cant go to the doctor.. what could be causing his shaking?
Hello drug abuse can cause shaking. but as he is abstinent since long, the shaking should not be because of it. I think his stress is the main reason for this shaking movements. kindly ask him to practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. thanks.
