Can Dry Scales Under The Foot Be Caused By Toe Nail Fungus?
I ve been fighting toe nail fungus for years and now the bottom of my right food has red dry scales and its spreading to my ankle bone. It looks like psoriasis. Is this caused buy the fungus, or is this indicative of something more serious? Also Dr. does phototherapy technology really kill the fungus ?

Most probably it will be a fungal infection.
As a first line management, you can apply topical antifungal like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
