Can Ear Problem Cause Severe Dizziness When Diagnosed With BPV?

I was diagnosed with benign positional vertigo for several years now. As years go by, I find that my body does not take extreme hot weather and cold weather as well as it used to. With hot weather, I feel even more dizzy than before. Can this be inner ear related with my vertigo?

Hello,

It may be due to BPPV.

For that you may require tablet betahistine after ENT consultation.

Avoid sudden head movements.

Do epley maneuver.

Take proper rest
