Can Eating Specific Foods With Sugar In Them Cause Sleepiness?
Does eating food always make a person sleepy? How many calories can a person consume without becoming sleepy? Or, is it that eating specific foods like those with sugar in them can make a person sleepy?
I do not believe that I have diabetes or pre-diabetes. I'm just trying to figure out what to avoid to keep my mental energy constant throughout the day, besides getting enough sleep at night.
