Can Eating Undercooked Beef Or Chicken Cause Bloating, Nausea And Low Appetite?

Hello, I have been eating fruits and vegetables, meats and cheese, bread and pasta, so a pretty normal and healthy diet, and yet I feel bloated, I have low appetite, and have been feeling like I need to burp or vomit but neither happen. I am worried about the beef and chicken that I ate that may have been undercooked. I have been experiencing these issues for 5 days now. Thanks for your help

Hi,

Sounds to be related to E.Coli infection in form of enterotoxigenic heat stable strain from undercooked beef or chicken.

Need definite medical support with GI antibiotic, probiotics, antiemetics, PPI and other supportive care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
