Can Egg And Milk Be Taken Together?
Hi Dr,
My question is can egg (any kind such as boiled or fired egg) be eaten with milk intake at the same time? People often say it reduces the abortion when two products taken together? Or do I have to eat one by one saying two hours after each product?

None of nutrients lost. But d downside is your stomach has to work hard incase you have both together. It's better to have your eggs and after half an hour or so have milk
