Can Eltroxin Give A False Positive Pregnancy Result?

I had my thyroid removed on 12 December 2011. My Dr started me on a dose of 1 tab of 0.1mg Eltroxin p/d. About 2 weeks ago I started having nausea (same as when I was pregnant with my first baby). I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it had a very light second line. My question is, could the operation or the Eltroxin give me a false positive result on a home pregnancy test?

Not really... hzv u read the test immediately?? Cos if u add urine n leave after a while it can turn positive but it is not significant.only if changes colour within 2 mins u can tel it is positive
