Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The causes of pelvic pain long after the total hysterectomy may be the urinary tract infection, stone in the ureter near the bladder, colon problem, or pelvic infection may or may not be due to endomatriosis.
It is always better to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a ultra sound for confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
