Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Missing or delaying depo injection can lead to ovulation and hence pregnancy. Enlarged uterus can be due to pregnancy or any other pathology in the uterus. Heartburn, weight gain and flutters in the lower abdomen could be due to pregnancy. I would suggest you to get your urine pregnancy test done and if positive, then do get a ultrasound done to confirm. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti verma
