I am 26 yrs. I have painless*** epididymal cyst on my right testical from last 9 years, recently i have gone through with ultra sound test (Doppler study)and report shows as --- Right epididymal - 19 * 17 .5 mm no obvious thickening of body and tail, normal vascularity on colour droppler epididymal cyst size 17* 14 mm Lift epididymal size - 12 * 10 mm No evidence of varicocele minimal right hydrocele i request your please let me know the treatment , and my main question is does it affect my sex life (can pain less epididymal cyst lead to infertility in future) or affect on my sperm counts.
