Can Epididymitis Cause Pain In Lower Ribs?

Can epididymitis cause pain up in the area of your lower ribs? I have had epididymitis in the past... maybe 20 years ago and recall some abdominal pain but dont recall where. If I press on the area just below and towards the front of my stomach area there is no pain. Just a burning pain almost like I pulled a muscle when it is all acting up.

HI
Epididymis can not cause pain in lower ribs . Your pain abdomen is due to eating spicy food I would advice you to take antacid available OTC . Take light semi solid diet & fresh fruits.
