Can Excess Dosage Of S-Numlo Cause Long Term Side Effects?
I have taken twice the dose of S Numlo prescribed by the doctor from last six months & in this period i felt dizziness, headech ,weakness. Is that was due to excess dose,Now i should reduce dose immidiatly or stp by step.What ever excess dose I taken can it give me problem in future as side effects.

S-Numlo contains amlodipine which belongs to the group of medications known as calcium channel blockers is used to treat high blood pressure and to prevent angina. It helps to lower blood pressure and reduce the workload of the heart. This helps prevent heart attacks and strokes. Before stop taking or reducing the doses of this medication should consult your doctor. If someone has overdosed and has serious symptoms such as passing out, weakness, headache, trouble breathing, fast heartbeat, severe dizziness, fainting etc then, he should call the poison control centre for immediate medical help.
