Hello , I am masturbation since i am studying when i was age 15, and i am now 25, Since an year i am suffering from foot pains, and now back pains for 6 months nearly , I can t walk due to pains, can t jump or run too much back pain. i am really sad can t lift any weight as well. i really need help, I am in crying situation to be frankly, i hate my body, and i really need help or relief completely from this backpain which is disgusting by me myself. Doctors help me ? what is good ? some exercise ? or pills ? changes on food habits ? sir please do help ..

I think your problem with back and leg pain is not much related to masturbation. It can be related to a lower back issues. I think you may need to do a X-ray of the lower back to see its issues. A herniated disc or pinched nerve can cause such pain.
