General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may not.

But it would be better to avoid excessive masturbation.

Erection dysfunction mainly due to performance anxiety.

For that avoid stress. Take proper rest.

You can take tablet sildenafil one hour before sexual act.

Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
