Can Excessive Masturbation Cause Severe Lower Back Pain?
Good afternoon, I am male, 18 years old. I had a spinal microdissectomy on my lower back about 3 weeks ago. I had no pain at all from the 2nd week.For three weeks I could get up, walk, and pretty much do anything, except lift heavy things. During the 3rd week I masturbated twice a day, almost every day. Around 5 days ago, I woke up with severe lower back pain. The left side of my insitionis swollen and it hurts much. I can t get up with out feeling so much pain. My question is, could the excessive masturbation I did could have led to my strong back pain?

Hi, yes, any vigorous activity could have caused inflammatory reaction in the still raw incision. Please apply ice three times a day and wear a lumbar belt. The inflammation and pain should reduce.Regards
