Hi, I use to work on standing position as a sales (not hard / much work) for 4 continuous hours, 40 minutes break time and then, continue to work hours standing working again, this has been a routine of 2 months, I wear a good pair of comfortable/medical shoes. I work 5 days/week with day /night shift work but sometimes I feel back pain during my sleep and since I start the works, some of my toes feels very uneasy n numbs.... please advise.... thx
