Can Exercise And Diet Help In Reducing Foul Smelling Gas?

hi doc,
i have a problem with foul smelling gas, which happens mostly while walking and talking. it is very embarrassing considering i am a teacher. i am on protease inhibitors, lamivudine/zidovudine and efferverence, please advice. can exercise and diet help?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you are under treatment on protease inhibitors you may need higher dose of medicines for cure.
The reasons may be the infection, deficiency of enzymes,or probiotics in the gut.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms lactic acid bacilli, enzymes, ofloxacin, ornidazole,omeprazole, and domperidone.
