Can Exercise And Healthy Diet Reverse The Heart Artery Blockage?

I have been diagnosed with a 50 percent lad blockage. What should I be concerned with and will exercise and dieting change the blockage. Also I used a monitor for 24 hours and there were thousands of pvc s over normal which also led to a angiogram that found the lad blockage. How concerned should I be about the pvc s?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Exercise & healthy diet helps in lowering blood pressure, high LDL cholesterol is reduced & HDL cholesterol rises to remove fat deposits from heart arteries. Thus heart blockages get relieved &risk of heart attack is reduced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
