Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

In this condition random exercise is not advised, one movement on a wrong angle can make this worse, exercise can only help if it is done under a certified physiotherapist , doing random exercise is not advised. In my opinion with this report you can not lift 50lb you will have to sort out some other way of handling that weight but lifting it directly with you broken arm is not advised. I would suggest you to visit a physiotherapist of you want to start some exercise for that.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.
