General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to acid reflux, gag reflex.
Fasting, dehydration aggravate the condition.
Take following advises:
Avoid fasting
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Take food like banana, rice, apple sauce, butter milk and yogurt
Avoid heavy meal, spicy/fatty/oily food.
Tablet pantoprazole + domperidone 30 minutes before the meal
Chew/eat some moth fresher during climbing
Drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
