Can Feeling Of Pill Stuck In Throat And Swallowing Difficulty Be The Side Effect Of Adderall After Prolonged Usage ?

Hello the best way i can describe this is i feel kind of like there is a really big pill stuck in the back of my throat, i feel like i cant swollow but i know i can, i find it hard to get past chewing the food for fear i will choke with the "pill" i think is stuck but know is not there. i have been taking adderall off and on since about 2000, ive never really paid much attention to the side effects but am wondering if i should be majorly concerned. I am on 30 mg twice a day and have noticed its worse after the second dose. I am 27 and drink coffee along with taking the adderall(i drink coffee for the taste not the caffeen affect and always have) any thoughts? Also i have tried lower doses but i cant function "correctly" on anything less then 30 twice dayly.

I appreciate your concern, this for sure not because of the drug you are taking neither it is pill inside your throat but this is for sure the consequences "GERD"(Gastric oesophageal reflex disease) and for this I would advise you to take "Omeprazole 40 mg just one tab. at evening time for six weeks this will give good result mean while stop taking heavy meal, coffee, alcohol smoking prior to bed time, every thing will be fin soon have nice day.
