Hello,

Evaluation for infertility includes semen analysis, ovulation check, and hysterosalpingogram. Because semen analysis was normal, your wife needs to have checks to confirm she is ovulating. This is done through a urinary test for ovulation and a blood test for progesterone around day 21 of her cycle.
If this comes out normal (she is ovulating) then she needs to do a hysterosalpingogram to see if the tubes are patent.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
