Can Fibroid Of 8 Mm Cause Any Unseen Problems In Future?
Just got a sonography done. Result states that the uterus is normal in size and shape. there is posterior wall fibroid of 8 mm seen. Endometrial echoes are normal. Endometrial thickness is about 11 mm. Uterine measurements are 8.5*3.8*5.2 cm. I am 45 and unmarried.

No i don't think that a fibroid of this size can cause any problems however repeat ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required to see if it is increasing in size or not.
