Can Fibromyalgia Cause Reduced Kidney Function?

I have just been referred to a kidney specialist because of reduced kidney function. I have been on Lyrica and Preblain (sp) for 5 years. My dose has been increaded to 225 mg. in the A.M. and 300 mg.at night.
I have fibromialgia.
Can this be the cause?
