im a pharmacist , please i want to ask for my father , he is diadetes
7 months ago he had test PSA it was at the normal upper limit,
but can cramps in colon consider as a symptom for BPH or prostate cancer , and can finasteride or dutasteride increase prostate cancer of high grade according to FDA

Cramp in colon can never be due to cancer of prostate or BPH.
Fenesteride or Dutasteride taken over for years may rarely risk to get cause cancer of the prostate.
