Can Flu Vaccine Cause Vertigo?
I got a flu shot last week and I ve had vertigo, mostly from turning to my other side in bed. Just now I was cleaning my toilet, bending in half at the waist, and almost passed out on the bathroom floor. Is there any known connection between the flu vaccine and vertigo?

No, there is no such known connection between the flu vaccine and vertigo.
You might get coryzal or feverish after vaccination but no vertigo. As you have described, the episode might have been positional. If it recurs, see your dr.
