Im 20 weeks pregnant. With my last pregnancy i had high blood pressure that resulted in an placenta abduction. Shot a week ago I started having bad headaches and asked my ing who is a nurse to check my blood pressure it was 100/67. I have a blood pressure machine here and decided to check it again I did it 3 time and it keeps coming back 91/60. Should I be concerened. My pressure is.normally around 128/70.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Blood pressure fluctuation can occur in pregnancy because of the hormonal changes. Blood pressure normally decrease as the pregnancy advances under the effect of progesterone hormone. It causes no harm to the mother or the fetus.
Since you have history of placental abruption with pre eclampsia in last pregnancy, there is increased risk of hypertensive disorders or pre eclampsia in this pregnancy.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and be in close follow up and get regular blood pressure monitoring to detect hypertension at the earliest and treated in time to prevent any complication.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
