Can Fluid In Pouch Of Douglas Be Misunderstood As A Fetus?
hi i am 6 weeks pregnant and only found out by chance when i went for a scan to see if i had pid ofcourse i was shocked when the lady showed me there ws a feutus i went to my doctors yesterday and he told me i have fluid in pouch of douglas he never said anything more. what does this mean ?

I understand your problem, you should concern gynaecologist immediately to confirm whether you are pregnant or not and to rule out ectopic pregnancy . your scan report saying fetus while your doctor saying fluid in pouch of douglas which can be due to ectopic, PID etc so immediately concerned gynaecologist. ALL the best
