Pregnant With Triplet Intrauterine Gestation. Fetus C Has No Heart Beat. What Are The Chances Of Fetus A And B Survive With Good Health?

My wife is 6D6W pregnant with triplet intrauterine gestation.Type of twinning is dichorionic diamniotic twin. ( Fetus A : Gestation Sac Seen,Sac Margin appeared Regular,Yolk sac seen, Fetal Pole Seen,Fetal Activity Present, Cardiac Activity Present, Fetal Biometry CRL-7.8mm) . ( Fetus B : Gestation Sac Seen,Sac Margin appeared Regular,Yolk sac seen, Fetal Pole Seen,Fetal Activity Present, Cardiac Activity Present, Fetal Biometry CRL-7.7mm) . ( Fetus C : Gestation Sac Seen,Sac Margin appeared Regular,Yolk sac seen, Fetal Activity Absent, Cardiac Activity Absent.)

I am too worried that the Fetus C can be abosorbed automatically or need to perform some medical treatment. What is the risk that the Fetus A and Fetus B will servie with Good Health ??

Thanks for your query.
In most of the cases, the dead fetus will be resorbed on its own.
You need to monitor with serial ultrasound.
Have you had an IVF pregnancy with selective fetal reduction ?
Or is it a spontaneous triplet pregnancy with natural fetal demise ?
Right now the pregnancy is quite early, and the dead fetus will resorb by itself within the first trimester .
