Can Focal Narrowing Of Ventral Nerve Root Cause Tingling And Numbness In Body?

Hello, I had a MRI for possible MS symptoms and it showed no scarring for MS but did show C3-C4 right uncovertebral join spurring which approached the ventral nerve root causing focal narrowing. Could this cause numbness and tingling from head to toe (mostly on right side of the body), nausea, stomach pressure, balance issues, and extreme weakness and exhaustion? Thanks Karen
