Can Focal Nasal Deviation Cause Headache Above The Eyes?

FINDING There is some focal nasal septal deviation to the right about 3.58 mm. Maxillary ostia are open. The infundibula are normal. Sinuses are clear. Hypoplastic left frontal sinus. Could this be causing constant headaches between and just above the eyes.

Mild nasal deviation some time causes headache by chronic sinusitis . As you have told about the exact location that is above eyes..It may be caused by frontal/ethmoidal sinusitis or refractory errors of eye or it may be because of tension headache . To confirm the diagnosis we need to ask few more questions and do a brief examination . As you have mentioned frontal sinuses are normal .we can consider other possibilities also.but if you have recurrent rhinitis that is running of nose sneezing etc we can advise you CT scan of sinuses because some time x ray sinuses may not give correct information . For refractory errors of eye get your eyes checked . Hope this will help.
