Can Food Poisoning Be The Cause Of Headaches, Vomiting And Nausea?
i had relation with a girl before 10 months , i test for HIV in 9 months it shows negative, but before few days i had ate food out side and suffered from headache, nausea , vomit for a single day and my muscles are paining is it due to food poisoning or HIV, my skin is itching now, after i read the sings of HIV , it feels like it's hurting 2 inch below my armpit. I'm so worried, now it feels sore throat too

Dear don't worry it is not due to HIV. You probably deveoped viral gastrentritis with rash and body pains. Take plenty of oral fluids with alcohol.
Take tab. oflox Ornidazole twice a day for five days. Use probiotics for five days.
Take rest... If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
