Can Foot Twisting Cause Fractures?
i twisted my foot pretty bad and i thought i just sprained it. Now it is swollen badly and has small unexplained bruises. I have yet to ses a doctor and I walk everyday. It hurts where I twisted my foot and it radiates to my whole foot.Is it broken or what?

it must have got a ligament sprain. kindly use hot water fermentation and keep your feet eleveated above the level of heart on a pillow. the pain and swelling will gradually come down.
