Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
Pitted scaring won't improve with neither Laser nor with Microdermabrasion or with dermaroller. The best way to treat ice-pick or pitted scars is with CROSS technique i.e chemical reconstruction of skin scars, in which 80% to 100% trichloroacetic acid is used and specifically applied to the pits directly with the help of toothpick. The procedure is repeated every 2 weeks for a total of 3-4 sittings. Ice pick scars are expected to improve to the tune of 50%-70% with this technique. Surgical methods like punch excision and primary suture; punch floatation etc can also be used for ice-pick acne scars. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for more information and for the needful.
Regards
