Can Frequent Douching Cause Anal Seepage?
I am a heterosexual male 60 years old and have had a problem with some leakage from my rectum. No matter how much I wipe with TP and baby wipes, I still seem to have a minor leakage issue and my rectum is always dirty. Are there any issues associated with rectal cleansing such as douching?

Actually anal doushing damages rectal mucosa -makes the person more susceptible for infection, which may lead to anal discharge.
Anal spinctor also can be damaged causing leakage of fecal matter soiling clothes. If you are already suffering from it. You should consult a proctologist. He would help you out of the problem.
