Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Patient with heart disease, stents recently in last six months. Possible Liver disorder, fatty liver maybe. Definite gall stones. Ferritin count of 936. Female, 59. weight about 180. Is this Ferritin inflammation and what would it mean? Also dizzy spells and possible low blood count of 84/46. Light headed. Could the stones be blocking the passage way causing low blood count and dizzy spells?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, dizzy spell and the test result are nothing to do anything but the dizziness may be due to something else, it may be due to vestibular dysfunction, that is vertigo, the symptoms may be due to age and hormone changes over all it is nothing to worry, on tentative basis Tab Betahistine can be taken 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
