Can Gallbladder Cancer At The Age Of 73 Be Completely Cured?

My mother has stage 4 gallbladder cancer. She has been on chemo for 12 months and the rumors have shrunk down completely. Her blood tests are looking good as well. However she has become very weak from the treatments and has tingling in her fingers and toes. Even though she is still taking the treatments, can she ever expect to get some strength back? She is 73 years old.
