Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The symptoms appear to be due to the infection, and fever. The heart burn must be secondary to the infection.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and and antacid gel.Antibiotic and paracetamol for fever.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods, and also avoid untimely foods
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
