Can Genital Wart Or Vestibular Papilloma Transfer Through Sexual Contact?

HELLO,

the doctor told me that probably I have genitalis wart, and he proceed with a biopsia. Now I'm waiting to the get the response.
The question is that I do not have any possibility to get infect from sexual transmission. I saw picture in the Internet and it seems to me that is closer to a Vestibular Papilloma.
During the last months I had a allergic reaction to strong soap or toilet paper, and I'm using medical cream to fights against the allergy.
Is it possibly that the Vestibular Papilloma is linked to the allergy?
Thanks
and Best Regards
