Can Getting A Foot Massage Done During Pregnancy Cause A Miscarriage?

Hello. I am about 5 week pregnant and I am causing myself anxiety worrying about the dos and donts. Today I had reflexology done to try and relax and then I read that foot massages can cause miscarriages. Any advice on this? I do not see my doctor until next Wednesday.
