Can Giving Oral Sex Cause Infection?

I am a 20 year old gay man, I just had sex for the first time. He used a condom but I gave him oral afterwards without one. I m scared to death of getting an STD now and can t think about anything else. He said he was disease free but can you really trust anyone? I read it can take 3 weeks for STDs to show up, I can t wait that long I ll be worried sick. What can I do to make sure I m ok??

do not worry their are rare chances of getting std. just single tab azithromycin if their is chances it will make it zero.
so do not worry/ take care
