Can gout be cured completely if yes how long is the treatment I am male 31 yrs height 5.45 weight 69kgs suffering from initial stage of gout.I had high uric acid one and half year before and I am prescribed to have allapurinol.now my uric acid is normal but have pain in my big toes of both the legs.Can gout be cured completely if yes then how long the treatment takes?

Gout is not curable,you have to continue the treatment for life long.
After control you can reduce the dose of medicine.
