Can Green Stool And Blood In The Stool Symptoms For Colon Cancer?
Hi im 18 years old a female, and I have lower back pain and blood comes out AFTER I poop. There is also drips of blood in my underwear after I poop. Im really scared all I seen online when I looked up the symptoms is colon cancer. My lower back pain hasnt stopped either. Also the color of my poop is brownish green.

Blood in stool with altered bowel habit can definitely be a sign of colon cancer.
I suggest u do a colonoscopy test and stool for occult blood test.
CT scan of whole abdomen is also suggested.
Blood for CEA test is also suggested.
