Can Growing Lipomas In Neck Be Treated Non Surgically?

Hi. Good day doc! I m Ann and im25 years old, i have lipomas in my neck and is getting bigger, I have no money for surgery.. And I don t even consult a doctor specialist for this, I m ashamed every time I talk because its too ovbious..please help me get rid of this lipoma.. Is there any capsule that I can take just to reduce the size of my lipoma? Thank you

First of all, it is important to rule out other causes of neck swelling. If you are diagnosed with lipoma, then it causes no harm even if you do not get it excised. And there is no medicine for reducing its size. Surgical removal is the only solution.
But if you cannot afford surgical excision then don't get it excised as it's asymptomatic.
